Our Story
​​​​​Hi, we are Gail and Debby, the founders of 5D Insights and Coaching. Having spent over 25 years (each – eek!) in the corporate and public sector, we decided it was time to combine our passion for working with people and our drive for wanting to make a difference. Our experience spans 16 years in teaching, 20+ years in Learning and Development, and extensive work as associate trainers on major projects. Throughout this, we developed a passion for the human aspect of training, earning coaching and NLP Business Communication qualifications. We became deeply curious about the complexities of human behaviour and what makes certain teams thrive while others struggle. This led to us developing our unique Cue Method, which brings together powerful psychometric and learning and development tools.
Our expertise lies in creating personalised training solutions tailored to the unique needs of each team we work with using CUE - a method that allows us to focus on strengthening communication, increasing self-awareness and fostering deeper connections, allowing teams to function cohesively and effectively and creating a team which is unified and empowered
Debby leads with blue energy, focusing on details, while Gail, who leads with yellow energy, loves to share a story or three. Together, we form a dynamic team, combining energy, empathy, and a shared passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
